This location couldn’t be more convenient: Just 5 miles to Sullivan’s Island + bike or walk to Whole Foods, Shem Creek, and tons of Mt. Pleasant restaurants. Isle of Palms is 15 minutes, and 10 minutes to Downtown Charleston.

This 2-story townhome was renovated top to bottom with all the personal touches you’d want in your own home + a few vacation-home essentials, in a location that can’t be beat! Cozy, stylish, and fully stocked with everything you need to kick back, cook if you want – bike to a restaurant if you don’t – work if you must (but we hope you won’t!)
Whatever your vibe, the brand new backyard hot tub is here to ensure you get some time to relaaaax after your hole-in-one on the putting green.

Our hot tubs are professionally serviced and chemically balanced on a weekly basis to ensure a clean, safe, and relaxing experience for every guest.

*Please note for toddlers or older adults, that both of the bedrooms are upstairs.

Guests have access to the entire house and backyard. We hope you’ll treat the house, and the neighbors like they were your own.
The Neighborhood:
Nestled in a quiet neighborhood in Mount Pleasant this property is only 15 minutes from Sullivan’s Island, and conveniently located near everything Mt. Pleasant has to offer including shops, amazing restaurants, and great nightlife. You can take a short walk or bike ride to check out the old Pit Street Bridge, or to Shem Creek where you can dine out, or buy locally caught fish at Mt. Pleasant Seafood to take home and grill. Book a kayak or paddle board tour, catch a boat charter, enjoy the sunset… all these activities just down the road for you!
*The house is also located close enough to the Ravanel Bridge, that even during high traffic times, you can easily get downtown.

Walk, Bike, Uber, Lyft and onsite parking.

Very nice stay in Mt. Pleasant. The location was excellent and the accomodations were very comfortable. Our host was very helpful and responded quickly to all of our inquiries. I would definitely recommend this home for your next stay in the area.

Clean townhome and lovely interior. Pictures posted were accurate for us when we arrived. The location was excellent and close to everything. A pet friendly place and nice neighborhood to walk the dog. With it being a townhome they don’t have control of how others maintain their outside of their property.

This is a great rental. My husband and I loved the hot tub. My son loved the golf putting course. It was nice having the outdoor shower, too. We will be back!

David and Deidra were awesome hosts! The house was clean, well stocked and had everything we needed for a great weekend. It's a short drive to Sullivan's Island (my favorite Charleston Beach) and a short drive downtown. It's also walkable to a number of other places in Mt. P. They proactively reached out a few times to make sure we had everything we needed. I will definitely stay here again. Thank you both so much!
