This great townhome is located just across the street from Pelican Beach and is a short .3 mile walk to the Beach Club pools and ocean. Watch the dolphins frolic in the surf and the pelicans glide along the edge of the water at sunset. This comfortable townhome is convenient to Seabrook's most popular amenities.
The 2 bedroom, 2 bath townhome is spacious and bright. The home features comfortable blue and white coastal furnishings and all the conveniences of home. The living area has cathedral ceilings and a wall of windows allowing Seabrook's sunshine to stream! Enjoy watching your favorite TV shows or movies on the large HDTV. The sofa opens to a queen sized bed for extra guests. Share stories from your day around the table for 6. The kitchen opens into the living/dining area so the cooks are never far from the action. Highlights in the kitchen include tile floor and backsplash, corian counter tops and new white cabinets well stocked with all you'll need. On the outside deck, there is a table with an umbrella that seats six and a gas grill for barbecuing your favorite meal. The first floor bedroom is decorated with a tropical flair and has twin beds, a large dresser and desk and has sliding doors to the patio deck, Just outside off the hall is a full bath with a shower/tub.
Head upstairs to the master suite featuring a king sized bed, large HDTV, and a sun deck. This lovely bedroom has blue and white bedding and white furnishings. The en suite bath has a beautiful tiled walk-in shower. Two can easily get ready for their day in this spacious master bath. Step onto the deck with your morning coffee and relax in the settee under the sun. The deck has open railings offering great views of the tropical landscape. You can even hear the ocean's waves.

Gate passes are $45/ vehicle. This charge applies if you are staying 1 night – 179 nights. If you are staying more than 179 nights, there is a different charge.

The cleanliness, comfort, and attention to detail throughout the home were impressive. Our stay was convenient and comfortable. The close proximity to beach access made it easy for quick trips back and forth with kids.

We were very pleased with the location in regard to the beach and pool house. We were impressed with the 4th of July parade and fireworks in the evening before the 4th. The children had their own room and beds making it a very peaceful evening after the went to bed. Looking forward to returning.

This was a great spot for our annual family beach vacation. Directly across from the beach access and walking distance to the pool. The unit had everything we could possibly need.

The house had a musty Mildew smell. There were several times roaches appeared in the kitchen and bathrooms. Several light bulbs had failed. The main bedroom was like a sauna. We realize this is a rental property and it had been surface cleaned but has makeshift repairs and shows signs of neglect. The en-suite bathroom upstairs has half a glass door and a shower curtain added outside to replace the missing sliding door. The
outdoor grill worked but had to be lit with matches because the ignition system did not function
