We have stayed at MANY places over the 20 years I have been visiting Seabrook and this was my favorite! STUNNING views, great location (SUPER easy to get to the beach with small kids and a short walk to the beach club), and very comfortable for my family. We stayed with 3 adults and 3 children and it was a perfect layout for us. I would stay here year after year.
Things to note: it is west facing so you get the sunset and it gets warm. The loft is VERY bright as there are no shades so you wake with the sun. These wouldn’t keep me from staying here again.

Very convenient to the beach, and I loved the view!
The twin beds are loud when you move around. Would probably be fine for kids sleeping in the room, but we had two adults.
