With ample sleeping accommodations for up to twenty-one guests, including 3 King beds, 4 Queen beds, 5 Twin beds, and a sofa sleeper in the living room, there's plenty of room for everyone to spread out and relax. Each bedroom boasts a private bath, with the Primary bedroom featuring a luxurious 'his and hers' size bath, Jacuzzi tub, and walk-in shower. Flat-screen TVs in every bedroom provide entertainment for winding down after a day of fun in the sun.

The large, fully furnished kitchen has been updated with all-new stainless steel appliances, a pantry, hot water dispenser, and a spacious island, making meal preparation a breeze. Inside our commercial laundry care facility, all linens are washed in our high-heat (150 degrees) commercial washers with our select, EPA-approved detergents to ensure complete sanitation. Liquid Life also follows specialized procedures to contain soiled linens and protect clean linens for every guest.
MONTHLY RENTALS
The property offers monthly rentals in the following months: November, December, January, and February. To get a quote on the monthly rental rates for this property, call our reservations team. Additional parking passes may be necessary for monthly rentals based on the length of stay and HOA requirements.
AGE REQUIREMENT:
The minimum age to book this property is 25 years or older. Valid photo identification is required to verify age and ensure compliance with local regulations.
