The apartment in our residence is built and furnished for an exclusive vacation. The apartment includes all comforts: three bedrooms, living room, kitchenette, full bathroom, veranda with panoramic view and outdoor furniture, TV sat, washing machine, independent garden and open garage. There is also a SPA, a large private pool and outdoor shower with a beautiful panoramic view of San Teodoro Gulf and La Cinta beach.

We had a great time here in a nice apartment with a nice pool and beautiful garden. We enjoyed especially relaxing by the pool. At night there were mosquitoes about and we missed have a lounge in our apartment as we had to sit outside and fight off the mosquitoes.

We had a fantastic week in San Teodoro. The location is perfect and there are many good beaches only 10-15 minutes by car, close to Residence Roccarosa. We particularily liked Lu Impostu, which also had a nice restaurant. There is also a small shop and some restaurants close to the house. We stayed in apartment 3, which had two bedrooms and a big terrace. It might be worth mentioning that the house is a sous terrain, so some apartments are below ground (not ours). The area around Residence Roccarosa is nice and spatious, and very well kept by our hosts. They were very nice and helpful to us during our stay. We enjoyed the pool area and the lovely views of the sea from the garden. Thank you!
