This 3 Br condo is Direct oceanfront in Paradise Resort on the 3rd floor with elevator access. It's renovated with new beds, flooring, curtains, paint, and appliances. Private oceanfront balcony accessible from the Living Room and Primary Bedroom. Coastal furnished and accessorized.
Paradise Resort is located a short drive from the airport and in the midst of the bustling downtown restaurants and exciting attractions the Grand Strand has to offer. Enjoy spacious indoor and outdoor water attractions, delicious food and beverage possibilities.
**The Government Beach Renourishment Project is occurring in nearby areas. The project will run – Myrtle Beach to State Park to Garden City / Georgetown County. This may affect the beach at your property. The project is permitted for, and will be constructed, 24 hours a day, seven (7) days a week. Noise and beach interruption should be expected. **
Weekly and monthly discounts available. $500 security deposit held.

This is exactly as the pictures. This was a great location well stock kitchen could have used more towels but very nice property. I would stay here again.

Very spacious, nice views, and could walk to numerous restaurants and activities. Host was quick to reply and very helpful. Several of us were there for a work conference and will be back!

The condo was nice and comfortable for my family of 6. I loved that it was on the end / side of the building. Beautiful view of the beach and ocean. The property was pretty busy and it is a great place if you like a lot of activity and people. The pool provides pool towels, but bring beach towels if you would like to have some. I purchased some inexpensive ones from Walmart. Parking was a bit tight for our large suv in the parking garage, but we were able to find some spots in the garage if we came back to the place before 8.
