About this house rental
This large family cottage is situated in wonderful surroundings only 5 km from Cecina and 5 km from the seaside. It is surrounded by olive trees and fruit-bearing trees. The property has a private entrance and private parking space. 100 m² of space are available for our guests and it is perfect for a family with 2 or 3 children. It contains a large living room with sofa, dining area with open fire place. There is a well - furnished kitchen with fridge, freezer, dish washer, oven and a gas fired stove. The bedrooms make up the sleeping area with one room with double bed, and a huge bedroom with single bed and double bed.The bathroom has a shower cabin, toilet and bidet. There is an other room with a huge wardrobe. The entire house is furnished in a very appealing Tuscan style. A SAT-TV is also provided as well as a washing machine and WiFi. The central heating will also allow visits in spring and autumn. The large garden with garden furniture, 2 covered terraces and a BBQ is ideal for relaxing and for children to play. The highlight is the new pool, 9x4 m.

Wonderful outdoor space which we used all the time. Pool was fab with slightly shallower section all around the edges and deeper in the middle. Still a bit too deep even round the edges for our 5 year old but both kids had a great time in the pool. Nice areas to relax around the pool and on the covered terrace and plenty of outdoor space to play garden games. The garden is very well kept and there are even fresh herbs that you can use in your cooking! We were sent information after we'd booked which was really helpful but there were some things in there that should have been mentioned in the listing. Air con is paid for separately per week if you wish to use it. There are no towels included but you can pay extra to rent these if you wish. It would've been nice if a full toilet roll had been included and some basics like handwash and washing up liquid and cloth. There is a building site next door but the owner only came to work on it a couple of times during our stay so it didn't bother us. It was quite tricky to find so we appreciated being shown to the property. Once you were there it was a short drive to supermarkets, restaurants and the beach. All in all we had a very relaxing holiday.
