My cozy, yet roomy retro style home near Zion is one of the most popular vacation rentals in the area, and is also one of the few that is fully licensed and accredited by the city. UPDATE! BTW, We love sharing this cute home with people from all over the world and we have put a lot of time and energy into making it just right before we opened our doors to guests for the first time in late April 2016. We love meeting people and taking good care of them, their friends, families and furry babies (with fully enclosed, pet-friendly back yard), because of all these features we consistently get high ratings from our guests.
People love to stay here because it is so full of cozy charm and character with beauty right out the front door, leading right to Springdale/Zion within about 20 minutes with no crowds and congestion!
I also wanted to make sure my home was fully accredited and licensed to insure optimum safety for my guests. This means we have met all safety and insurance guidelines by the city, which ultimately means better protection and peace of mind for you.

The house was clean and designed so fun. Beds comfy. Kitchen well stocked. Patio is perfect…Shade from trees in the morning and shade from the house in the evening. Fenced area large enuf for the dogs to have a bit of a run. Daniel quick to respond to any correspondence. Would choose it again.

We enjoyed our stay. It was a cute little place, but was expecting something a little newer. Daniel was a great host, answered all my questions.
