About this house rental
The living is easy in this lake front property. An impressive open floor plan that encompasses four spacious bedrooms, three luxurious bathrooms, a stylish dream kitchen, and large lake facing patio all on the main floor. The lake view master bedroom with large closet, includes master bath suite with jetted tub. Ideally positioned to city beaches, marinas, airport, golfing, parks, cafes, restaurants, and shopping.
Below are a couple items for reference during your stay: All spacious bedrooms are furnished with queen size beds and luxurious linens and pillows. Bath#1: Full bath with comfort height toilet, shower with bench & grab bars. Bath#2: Full bathroom with a tub and travertine shower. Bath#3: The master bath has a jetted soak tub and separate travertine shower with bench. Optional upstairs Loft: 2 Queen beds
Linens and cleaning: Feel free to leave towels and linens in the laundry room upon checkout. No daily cleaning service provided. Clean towels, clean linens and house cleaning will only be provided upon check out or upon your request. All linens are professionally cleaned and delivered. Home is professionally cleaned after each guest.
Upon checkout, please leave dishes washed and put away or left clean in the dishwasher.
Cooking: Top quality pots, pans, utensils, mixing bowels and bakeware are provided.
Ovens: The wall oven start button is the digital clock. There are self clean modes on both ovens for easy cleaning.
Beach Towels: We do not provide Beach towels. Please bring your own beach towels and do not use the house towels at the beach.
**You will want to water shoes at the beach. Our beach is rocky before the sandbar. Bring your own life vests**
Upstairs Loft: The second-floor loft will be available for an additional fee.
Key Exchange: We have installed a Keyless code on the front door and garage door.
No step entrance is through the garage.
Parking: Driveway parking only. RV and boat parking are located on the left side paved area of the property.
Wifi: Posted on the right side of the fireplace mantle
Television: The television has cable under Youtube TV App and Netflix.
Trash: If the trash fills, feel free to take the bag out to the garage. New trash bags are located in under the sink. Please take out the garbage cans to the street on Wednesday night.
**Smoking: No Smoking of any kind inside the home. Violations will result in loss of deposit and reservation cancelled.
Pets: We do make acceptations for pets for an additional fee. Leave no trace behind.
Noise: Please be neighborly and keep the noise level down. Quiet time is 10 pm. NO LOUD MUSIC ANYTIME. No exceptions.

Our extended family has gotten together for the last 7 years and this is the best experience we have had. Much of this is due to the hospitality of the owner & the great communication. The property is beautiful with everything you need for a great family get away. We just couldn't be more impressed!

This house was a perfect home base for our family trip to the U.P. to visit family nearby! We have stayed with our group in several rentals over the years, and it was agreed by all that this home was far and away the best set up for a large group encompassing multiple families. There were plenty of bedrooms and having three full bathrooms with two bath tubs for bathing the littles with us was a game changer!
We loved gathering in the open kitchen and family room area that had the perfect amount of seating for our group and the large kitchen island made preparing meals for our group a breeze. We all commented how the kitchen was better stocked than our own kitchens at home!
The yard down to the lake was spacious and thoroughly enjoyed by the 6 kids we had with us. The view of the lake was beautiful. Although a little chilly a few days we were there, we all enjoyed wading in the water and taking in the views!
Kymberlee was so friendly and easy to communicate with. We look forward to staying again in the future as our kids were devastated to have to leave :-)

Large family, very comfortable stay. Pleasantly surprised by size of home. Amenities just as described and felt right at home. Kitchen very well stocked with cooking supplies. Kids had fun with pickle ball and bean bag toss games. Private backyard where we enjoyed campfire and when lake was calm kids enjoyed paddle boarding and kayaking. Super responsive host and easy to communicate with. Would love to book another stay!
