Sit back and enjoy the million-dollar view from multiple spots of this home while spectating many boats of all kinds, jet skis etc. cross your home.
This Riverfront "Waterhouse" is a beautiful riverfront house with 3 bedroom + 1 queen sofa bed - 2 full baths - perfect for any family or families. All rooms and living room are equipped with smart TVs (no cable tv, but unlimited streaming). There is a well-equipped kitchen, comfy living room, beautiful funitured patio, washer/dryer, ping pong table, cornholes, bbq & Kayaks. Beautiful brand-new dock to tie up your boat/jetski/kayak, etc or enjoy the dock to fish and/or relax. There is plenty of room to park a 24ft boat in front of the house with exterior cameras for peace of mind security. One camera is located above the front door facing incoming guests and the other is located in the backyard facing the dock. This area of the river benefits some of the best local fishing and is ideal for canoeing/kayaking all while being just minutes from downtown Sebastian and The Sebastian Inlet Marina. You're minutes from restaurants, cafes, grocery stores, shopping, etc.

Cute, comfortable and clean home! Beautiful dock and location is great. Perfect for bringing our boat, saw manatees and fish at dock! 15 minute boat ride to Sebastian Inlet. Enjoyed our visit at this lovely home. Host was helpful and great communication.
