This Riverfront "Waterhouse" is a beautiful riverfront house with 3 bedroom + 1 queen sofa bed - 2 full baths - perfect for any family or families. All rooms and living room are equipped with smart TVs (no cable tv, but unlimited streaming). There is a well-equipped kitchen, comfy living room, beautiful funitured patio, washer/dryer, ping pong table, cornholes, bbq & Kayaks. Beautiful brand-new dock to tie up your boat/jetski/kayak, etc or enjoy the dock to fish and/or relax. There is plenty of room to park a 24ft boat in front of the house. This area of the river benefits some of the best local fishing and is ideal for canoeing/kayaking all while being just minutes from downtown Sebastian and The Sebastian Inlet Marina. You're minutes from restaurants, cafes, grocery stores, shopping, etc.
