We are a small company based here in Columbus (Epicurean Furnished Apartments) run by a husband/wife team. We have a contract with the apartment community that allows us to rent this place to folks who need the convenience of a fully furnished home for a flexible month to month stay. In other words, you can relax and make yourself at home! Your space is your own, but we're always available to assist with questions or needs.

This apartment is located in a beautiful modern apartment community called Albany Glen. It's perfectly situated in the New Albany area; just 5 minutes' drive from countless restaurants, shopping areas, and more.

You can walk to a park (with playground and walking path), as well as couple of the area's best restaurants: High Bank Distillery, and The Barn At Rocky Fork Creek.

You'll have the entire apartment to yourself during your stay. Once you book, you'll receive a message from us with full check-in details including the address + your code for the keypad at our front door. We change this code for every guest. Finding this apartment is super easy (your GPS will take you straight to it), and you can arrive whenever you want after check-in time. As our guest, you will also have access to the community fitness center and pool areas.

You'll need a car to get to most places. You can use Uber or Lyft. You can walk to a couple of fantastic restaurants, a beautiful park with walking trail, soccer fields, tennis courts, bike trails, and more.

Not sure how long you'll need to stay? We've got you! We are happy to provide extra flexibility if needed so that you can extend month-to-month without having to worry about availability. Just let us know what you need.

Note: ID verification will be required before your arrival. After you book, we'll send you a link, and you simply upload a photo of your ID and take a selfie. Our software runs a quick background check, then sends you your check-in details. It's easy and only takes ~2 minutes. Any questions, just let us know!

Please note that this is a totally pet-free rental (pets aren't permitted inside the apartment at any time, even for just a few minutes) due to new carpet and premium furniture. If a pet will be joining you, just message us - we have other rentals that are pet-friendly. :)
