About this apartment rental
Elegant garden flat in a white Victorian building in Cromwell Place km, between South Kensington Station and the Museum of Natural History. A ten minute walk to Harrod's and Hyde Park.
Italian design furniture, Cassina sofas and comfortable Flou beds that guests will surely appreciate.
The proximity of subway and bus to go anywhere, the numerous shops and restaurants, the quiet and the spaces of the house, the atmosphere of the culture-rich area would find this apartment a real winner.
Fantastic location in the heart of South Kensington a minute walk from the Natural History Museum and from South Kensington tube Station. The flat, set in a Victorian building, is very comfortable, furnished with modern Italian pieces and equipped with internet and international satellite TV. Our nearby bus stop will get you anywhere you need to go. Views of Natural History Museum. Five minute from Harrods and Hyde Park. Close to the flat are some very nice streets to walk, a pedestrian area in front of the museums, restaurants and cafè options.
Comfortable for a family with children who love the ... dinosaurs and for business people who love a central location while being in a quiet residential area.
The flat has two spacious bedrooms with double beds, a large sitting room with very tall ceilings, a large dining table, a separate kitchen, a spacious entrance, two full bathrooms with showers.
Fully equipped kitchen, washer / dryer, Nespresso coffee machine. Internet. UK and International TV channels. The flat has an independent entrance through ten large steps. It is a basement flat, full of light as every room faces our private courtyard. It is very secure.
We are new to Homeway, but we are experienced hosts through other sites. Guests have appreciated the location in the heart of South Kensington, the ease of access to the tube and buses, the ease of reach to Heathrow, the availability of a private luggage storage room, the coziness of the flat, the modern Italian design and the fact that the host is easily accessed through email and shares his local knowledge. Past guests have also appreciated the cleanliness of the flat.

Location, location, location.The apartment is a very short walk to South Kensington station. After exiting the gate and going left on the street, within minutes you’ll find excellent cultural food options including American, Italian, Mediterranean, Asian, Georgian, Indian, and Lebanese, plus coffee shops like Starbucks and Ole & Steen. The area is very walkable and cozy, with no large or overwhelming intersections.The apartment was clean and larger than expected. Despite being on a basement level, the lighting was excellent throughout, including natural light in the kitchen. The common area had both bright and softer lighting options.Reliable WiFi was provided, and the router was accessible if you wanted to plug in directly or use a VPN. A carbon monoxide detector was also present.There is an all-in-one washer/dryer combo. If using the dryer, note that it must cool down before unlocking (signage is posted nearby). A drying rack was provided, and we used the heated towel racks to help finish drying clothes when needed.The bathrooms are compact but functional, with heated towel racks. We stayed during cold weather, so we can’t speak to air conditioning, but the heating was more than sufficient.We attended a Chelsea game and took the Tube from South Kensington (about five stops). We walked back afterward and felt safe, even at night.Overall, a great stay in an excellent location.

The flat was perfect for our group of 2 couples. It was decorated beautifully. The location was amazing - we had several events at Royal Albert Hall during our stay, and it was a quick walk away. We enjoyed being so close to the tube when we did go to other parts of London. Having a separate bathroom for each couple made the trip easier on all of us. Gabriele was very communicative and always quick to respond. And we really appreciated the bread, milk, butter, eggs and other items waiting for us when we checked in. We'd love to stay here again.

Host was an absolute delight to work with. Communication from start to finish made the whole process easy. Property itself was spot on with cleanliness, with location to tube station perfect. Would recommend to anyone.

The location is great with nearby museums; restaurants, and tube station. Gabriele was great regarding communications. Due to construction in the adjacent building there was some noise and dust so we did not open windows making the apartment was quite warm. Thank you, Gabriel, for renting your flat to us.
