About this villa rental
Welcome to our villa in Costa Rei, a location in southeastern Sardinia renowned for its stunning white sandy beaches! Just 700 meters from the beach, the house offers breathtaking views of the sea and hills.
Ascend a staircase from the private parking, and you'll find yourself in a tranquil retreat surrounded by greenery with panoramic views. The house comprises a spacious room with a double bed and a single bed, a newly renovated bathroom with a shower cabin, a living room with a kitchenette and a sliding glass door to enjoy the scenery. In the living room, there's a wooden loft with a single bed and a half and a sofa bed.
Outside, you can enjoy a covered veranda and a large garden with lawn and flowers that promises absolute privacy, hosting an equipped barbecue for unforgettable evenings. On the lower floor of the house, there's a small room with two single beds and a little bathroom with a sea view, accessible via an external staircase, perfect for friends or family, but it is not suitable for small children.
Outside, a hot water shower with a panoramic view of the sea adds a touch of luxury and relaxation to your stay. The villa is equipped with a dishwasher and a washing machine to make your vacation even more comfortable. It is air-conditioned, but in the summer, it stays cool thanks to its east-facing exposure. The house has WiFi connection.
Despite being surrounded by nature, the villa is within the context of the Costa Rei resort, just a short walk from pharmacies, markets, local restaurants, shops, and facilities organizing water activities and excursions.

My husband and I stayed in Mario's house for a week in May. We loved it! The house was very clean and well furnished, including laundry facilities. It appeared that the house had recently been refurbished. The bed was comfortable. Be aware that there are 40+ steps from the car parking level to the house. Mario left us a guide describing local and regional markets and tourist attractions. Costa Rei and the surrounding areas have beautiful beaches.

We’ve been for the third time in this beautiful house with it’s nice garden. The renters are very gentle and helpful. We’d love to come back again.

We liked very much the garden with it’s flowers and trees (olive tree, pomegranate and lemon tree) around the house and the great view towards the sea. The pictures at the website give a good impression of this wonderful house and it‘s garden.

We had a car and stayed for 6 days there. Ideal location for people with a car! This house is 2 min driving from restaurants (I want to poit out Da Donato restaurant especially – the best pizza we ate was there!!!), shops, super markets, and cafes. We felt the location was ideal because it was very close to everything but still very private (two mornings wild turtles came to our garden ) . The outdoor garden is ideal place to cook BBQ and to get sunbaths. The view from the terrace is breathtaking! The inside of the villa was clean and well appointed. We cooked in the kitchen as well and had plenty of dishes, pots, and every appliance we needed. The owners were friendly and helpful. We felt really surprised when they didn’t come to check the house when we were leaving, that means that they trust their guests. We fell in love with this villa and Sardinia. We would highly recommend it to others.
