About this house rental
Brand New 5 Bedroom Home! Located within the Deschutes National Forest, these are the closest homes to Mt. Bachelor and just 5 minutes to Town. Hot Tub and Brand New Everything. Steps to some of the best hiking and biking trails in Bend.
The Deschutes River Trailhead is only a few steps from the back door (50 yards), and Phil's trail and Rimrock Trailhead (to name a few) are very close by.
We are in walking distance to the Seventh Mountain Resort and 1/2 mile to Widgi Creek Golf Course!
The space
Our house is a brand new attached home (only attached on one wall, with firewall between, and very quiet.) It is located in a wonderful subdivision called Milepost 1, which are the closest residential units to Mt. Bachelor, yet we are still less than 5 minutes to town! Since we are so close to Bachelor, you can easily be the first to the slopes and miss all the traffic getting out of town! One turn onto the road to Bachelor and you are there!
Appointed with all new luxury furnishings, the space is sure to rank highly on anyone's "best places I've stayed" list. With a large open great room/kitchen, the space screams for social get togethers with friends and family! Xbox and Super Nintendo (with lots of games) in the house to keep the kids (or adults) happy!
6-7 person hot tub out on the back patio, complete with a fire pit and adirondacks makes the back patio the ultimate place to relax in the afternoon/evening. Our backyard is shaded in the afternoon, which is perfect in the hot Bend afternoons!
Please note we are in a quiet neighborhood and we have the utmost respect for our neighbors. Loud and rowdy groups will not be tolerated. Thank you for your understanding.
Please also note that there is parking for 3 vehicles (not oversized) on our property. There is no street parking. Please do not plan on bringing large, oversized or more than 3 vehicles as we will be fined and will be passing those fines along to our guests.
Dogs are okay with a $75 pet fee. Please notify us if you are bringing a dog.
We are walking distance from the Seventh Mountain Resort, with a bar/restaurant and numerous facilities open to the public: Ice skating in the winter, river rafting and horseback riding in the spring/summer/fall. All of those can be booked through their website. They also have a disc golf course you can use, as well as a mini kids-dirt track for bikes. Widgi Creek Golf Course is also very close by and has extremely reasonable rates for a great course!
2 master suites (1 upstairs, 1 down) each have King beds. There are 2 further bedrooms with queen beds upstairs that share a Jack-and-Jill bathroom. Lastly, there is a den/office downstairs with bunk beds. Additionally, there is an air mattress that guests are free to deploy anywhere. Blackout shades in every room, so you can sleep in, or sleep it off!
We do have RING cameras that monitor the outside of the house. There are no cameras inside of the home.
Washer and Dryer in the home, free for your use.

Everything about our stay was wonderful! The house location is convenient for skiing at Mt. Bachelor and exploring Bend. The house is beautiful, spacious and well maintained. The rooms are large and the beds are super comfy. The host was responsive and we really enjoyed ourselves!

Loved staying at this home! It provided for everything we needed. The overall layout worked great down to the comfy big sofa. The hot tub topped off our stay and was perfect after a long day on the mountain.

Very nice house, well stocked kitchen. Very dirty hot tub and poor hot water heater. Refrigerator couldn’t be fixed before our stay but had a secondary fridge in garage that accommodated our needs- garage door was a ways from kitchen though. Owners were nice and responded quickly
