Mountain Vista 117 is a big, beautiful townhouse near the Blue River! End unit with attractive furnishings, garage and private deck. This 4 bedroom, 3.5 bath sleeps 9. The unit is full of windows and views. The large deck overlooks the recreation path and yard area. Leather furniture, gas fireplace and large flatscreen in living room. Free WiFi and cable. Two car garage. The deck off the dining room has views of the Gore Range. Large fully-equipped kitchen with lots of counter space for meal preparation and stainless appliances. Kitchen bar seats 4. The dining area seats 6. The deck table seats 4 and the lower patio seats 2. Trailer parking is allowed in the garage, with vehicle parking outside.

This is a nice property is well situated in Silverthorne close to our family and restaurants. Well appointed furnishings in general. Having nice linens and towels in place was great. Use of the garage was a plus. Kitchen could use some updating: a new pan for cooking eggs, a toaster oven (two toaster, one broken, the other so-so) The front curtain needs some repair and the bar stools do not match the height of the bar/counter (which seems abnormally high. Overall, very nice place that worked well for our family.

The condo was perfect for our group of 9 people. Plenty of room for everyone and the kitchen was well stocked. The only issue we had was the heat. We had a hard time adjusting the temperature down. It was very hot in the condo especially at night.
