Absolutely panoramic Ocean views are yours from this fabulous Nye Beach condo! It has a great open floor plan which makes for a very comfortable and relaxed feeling with all the comforts of home. It is located on the ground floor which makes it easily accessible with a designated parking space ( # 107) directly across from the front door.

Not toddler proofed. Wall heaters low to floor with no partitions in place. Open stairs out deck to ground level.

It has one large bedroom with king bed and two full bathrooms. The living room has a queen sleeper sofa for extra guests as well as a roll-away bed available to accommodate a total of 2-4 people. Relax on the covered deck to view the ocean and fabulous sunsets, or enjoy the grassy lawn directly out the patio doors. Smart TV in the large living area. Free Internet access. The fully-equipped kitchen makes it easy to prepare and enjoy your meals with all the finest dinnerware and service. Many extra condiments with coffee and teas. Within easy walking distance you can enjoy the quaint historic Nye Beach district with lots of restaurants, boutiques, galleries, and gift shops, or enjoy a stroll on the beach. The deck is protected with plexiglass front and overhead coverage and has chairs for sitting to enjoy the fresh outdoors. Or enjoy the fabulous sunsets from indoors as well as the wild winter surfs.

Beach view could not have been better, and it's just a short walk to the beach. Many restaurant options are nearby, and Shirley makes it easy to prepare your own meals because she supplies EVERYTHING you could possibly need. We've never found any other rental as well-stocked as this. She is easy to contact if anything comes up. The only glitch is that the TV doesn't have the news shows we like.

We just checked out today (August 3rd) after staying (unfortunately) just 1 night. As soon as we pulled out to drive home I immediately began looking at dates to return. This condo is TOP notch! From the beautiful views, the amenities and all of the extras Shirley provided it is by far the best place to date we’ve stayed at on the Oregon Coast. Shirley has thought of everything to make sure you have the most fabulous visit. She even left us a thank you card, a coffee card and some special snacks. It was an amazing touch. I brought my book with me and did not even pick it up once. I sat in the most comfortable recliner with the slider open staring at the beautiful ocean. I’ve never felt so relaxed. So relaxed I couldn’t even pick up a book! We walked on the beach which was steps outside the front door. I couldn’t imagine a more perfect location. We can’t wait to return. This was a great place for us while visiting relatives in Newport. The 1st floor is easy access and good moving luggage inside. The interior is newly refurbished so is VERY clean and comfortable. Furniture is nice and not broken down or worn out. The master bed mattress was a bit too soft for us but still nice sleeping conditions. Great views and access to the beach. Highly recommend

This was an incredible location for our stay. It was beautiful and the views were unmatched. The condo itself was immaculately clean and so comfy. The little touches presented by the host were so thoughtful and made the whole stay feel like something extra special. The rental had everything needed to enjoy either going out or staying in. We would love to return here in the future and continue to explore the beauty that the Oregon coast has to offer.

This condo is in the Nye Beach area, a really cool part of Newport. The condo was clean and well stocked. Perfect for a couple or family with small kids. The view is awesome and the path to the beach is just around the corner. The owner is a great communicator and does everything needed for a nice stay. There is one reserved parking spot for you and if you have a second vehicle you’ll have to find a spot in the neighborhood. We walked just about everywhere from this location.

The condo was as advertised. Well stocked nice welcome goodies, quiet, clean and an amazing view. When we weren’t on the beach we were sitting on the deck with binoculars watching the ocean. Our short stay here was simply amazing, the view and sunsets were a definite plus. The condo is clean and well taken care of. Shirley is an amazing host and makes you feel welcome in her place. She even helped us out after leaving some items behind. Wish we could of stayed longer. Highly recommend to anyone who is staying in the area.

This 2 bathroom apartment had all the amenities anyone could ask for, plus a gorgeous beach view from a ridge about 30 feet above. It was very clean, and Shirley texted occasionally to make sure all our needs were met. It's a wonderful place to be on the beach or to just sit in one of the comfortable recliners and watch it from above. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!

I absolutely loved my weekend stay at Shirley’s beachfront condo! I needed a weekend to get away from the hustle and bustle of life and this was just perfect. The condo was clean and stocked and so welcoming. The ocean view was insane and so therapeutic. Newport is a great town with lots do and explore. I shall be returning as my yearly get away. Highly recommend

The condo was beautiful, more than the pictures reveal. It was very nice to be able to walk to shops, restaurants, and ice cream. The kitchen was well-stocked. Beds were comfortable. We would definitely stay here again if we make it back from the East Coast in the future.

I can not recommend this place enough - although not to much cause then it will always be booked and I wont be able to get it again! 2 min walk and you are on the sand at Nye Beach! Across from the Tap House and food is YUMMO! The owner of this condo is spectacular and 5 star!

This place felt very homey. Our hostess had the mostest! She provided a nice welcoming gift card to a great breakfast place, nuts and chocolate, coffee, hot chocolate and all sorts of condiments in the cupboards. Oh and the location is absolutely fabulous! After a 2 day drive from Montana it was awesome to check in and be able to walk right out onto the beach. Thank you Shirley! Wish we could have stayed with you longer!💕

My best friend and I had the most amazing, wonderful and relaxing time at your condo. You felt so comfy and relaxed. We also loved the little extra touch of a welcoming gift which we greatly appreciated in the evenings along with the gift certificate. ❤️ There were so many extra touches to our stay which made it so wonderful and we will definitely be back!!!
