The villa was well supplied and the view was great.Mike, the owner, met us when we arrived and familiarized us with the villa and the surrounding facilities. He was very responsive when we had any questions. Beautiful pool. Great stay.

The host is kind, accommodating and quick to respond. This property has some updates such as a new master bathroom shower and new, comfortable mattresses. There are thoughtful additions such as frosted mugs in the freezer, extra lawn chairs, coolers, pool noodles and beach towels. The condo is proximal to St. Petersburg and Fort DeSoto. The condo complex is well kept and provides a nice area for walking.

This villa was in a great location with the most amazing view! We enjoyed watching the dolphins and the busy Pelicans and Cormorants right from our balcony. The unit was very comfortable, clean and well stocked. The owner was helpful at checking in and readily available for any questions or needs. Looking forward to returning next year!
