Beautiful T0 Apartment with a spectacular view on the sea and beautiful landscape to its surroundings. The Villa Apartment is 5 minutes from the beach of Ponta do Sol Village, and there are shops nearby. This Apartment is equipped with Queen Size bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers and 2 bedside tables with lights, towels and bed linen. Living room and kitchen in common. The Villa sleeps 2 people in Queen-size bed and option of 1 extra person in sofa bed for 10 € / night.

To access the internet just enter the code on your device. Parking is free, it is located outside the Apartments where you can park. The thermostat will always be turned on during your stay to keep the water always warm. In the kitchen you will find Refrigerator, Electric plate with 4 disks, extractor, microwave, kettle, toaster and magic wand. The crockery and pots are in the kitchen cupboards. The cutlery is in the first drawer. In the second drawer you will find kitchen towels. In the third drawer is a magic wand. This is your home feel free to use all this as you need and prepare your delicious meals. Please keep the utensils clean, thank you. In the bathroom you will find Washer with capacity of 7 kilos. Ironing board and iron. In the first drawer of the lava hands you will find hair dryer and paper. On the second drawer tablecloth. In the third drawer first aid kit. Toilet: please do not throw anything inside. There is a pot where you can throw garbage. In the room there is a sofa, a coffee table and table with TV and a Wi-fi Router. In the bedroom you will find Quemizizy bed, 2 bedside tables, 1 chest of drawers, and a wardrobe. Here you will find 1 blanket, a pair of sheets and 6 clean towels.
On the terrace you will find a wonderful view of the sea. In this Terrace has 1 table 2 chairs. In case a third person comes, we put in another chair. There is also a closet with cleaning products, broom, shovel, bucket and mop. When you need to empty the trash, head to the parking lot to the left and 5 meters away you will see a concrete deposit. Behind this deposit is the Ecoponto where you can put all the garbage.
