About this villa rental
In the exclusive Residence Kal'e Moru, our spacious detached villa will be the perfect home for your unforgettable holidays in Sardinia. The villa is located just 200 meters from the beautiful beach of Kal'e Moru which is part of the beach of Geremeas more than 3 km long. The same is just 300 meters from the beach of Mari Pintau, accessible on foot or by canoe from the sea villa can accommodate from 2 to 8 people with its 4 bedrooms: 2 double, each with its own bathroom, and 2 other rooms, one double, one with a single bed and a cot with a shared bathroom.
Both double bedrooms and their bathrooms (one with washing machine) are located on the ground floor, where there is also a kitchen equipped with stove, plate, oven and dishwasher. There is a huge fridge and a small freezer. Other appliances featured are the toaster, kettle and microwave oven and minipimer.
On the same ground floor there is a large living room with sofas and 32 "flat screen TV, the living room is adjacent to both the kitchen and the veranda overlooking the sea, appreciated by all our guests to enjoy breakfast / lunch / dinner.
On the lower floor there are the other 2 rooms with
three single beds and a crib and attached bathroom.
Outside the veranda and sea view there is a large solarium with parasol and wooden deck chairs.
In the back garden of the villa there is a barbecue and an outdoor shower, ideal for cooling off after a day at the beach. Umbrellas, beach loungers and children's games are made available for your beach days.
In case you come by car, it can be parked in our shaded and safe parking area, as in addition to the 24/7 gatehouse, access to the houses is limited by automatic gates.

Seven of us (2 families) stayed for a week in August and we truly enjoyed our holiday. The photos are accurate although everything on them looks slightly bigger. The communication with Marilena was ok as long it was via texts/emails, her English is very basic but we managed without any issues. She gave us detailed instructions and a short video of how to get to the property. During our stay we needed her advice and she responded within 2-3 hours. The house is well equipped with everything you might need, lots of bathroom towels and towels for the beach. We found the beach chairs/umbrella very handy. The Wi-Fi worked well with 4-5 of us using it at the same time. There’s only one parking space in front of the house, so if you arrive with two cars as us, the second car can be parked for free on the end of the road - few minutes walking from the house. The garden is much smaller than it looks on the pictures but it’s beautifully maintained. There are no showers/foot washers on the beach so the garden shower was very useful to rinse off all the sand before entering the house. The best part of the house is the terrace overlooking the beach. Overall it was a perfect place and an amazing holiday.

Wonderful stay at Geremeas village. We were 6 adults 2 children and 1 toddler. Communication with the host Ms. Congiu was very smooth, she was always available and responsive to all our queries. The house is very spacious and is composed of 4 bedroom, 2 with en-suite and AC, 2 on the lower floor with a shared bathroom and no AC (but with open window overnight it was ok). Fully equipped kitchen with oven, microwave, dishwasher etc. very nice patio with sea view where we enjoyed our meals. There is everything you need for the beach in the house (sun beds and umbrellas, beach towels). The beach can be reached with a 5’ walk. It is spacious and not very crowded.
There is a mini market near the house with all the basics, however for proper groceries the nearest store is 10’ away by car.
All in all a very positive experience.
