Stay in the heart of Nashville at Broadway & 2nd Ave! This historic loft features exposed brick, large windows, and modern amenities. Sleeps up to 6: 2 Queens in the bedroom, 1 Queen downstairs. Full kitchen, dining table, and memory foam mattresses included. Expect ambient noise—you're in the action! Walk to Bridgestone Arena & Nissan Stadium. As the building dates to the 1800s, occasional dust may be present. We have 8 units on property, so if you have a larger party let us know!

Great property if you want to be close to Broadway. Sleeps 6 comfortably. Would definitely recommend for small groups .

Great location if you plan to party and want to be close to everything Broadway. HORRIBLE location if you plan to sleep at all before 2 am! Band in bar downstairs in same building literally Rattled The Windows And Walls Of the building until after midnight at least. Halls are echo chambers and you hear everything like they are inside your unit. Lock on exterior building door broke on Friday...still not fixed when we left Sunday. Decor lacking in seating and function. No hooks or rods for towels in bathroom. No TP holder. So overall a 2-3 for condition of unit. It is an old building and showing it. It was fairly clean and beds were comfy.
