Stay in the heart of it all! This stylish historic loft is steps from Broadway’s Honky Tonks, 2nd Ave, Bridgestone Arena, and Nissan Stadium—you truly can’t beat the location. With 4 comfy beds, 2 baths, a full kitchen, in-unit laundry, modern furnishings, and parking included, it’s ideal for groups. Good to know: the building dates to the 1800s, so occasional dust or a rare bug may occur. Stairs are required, and you will hear downtown noise, especially at night.

This was the perfect location for a long weekend in Nashville if your plan is to take advantage of all Broadway has to offer. The loft was a bit older, but clean and well appointed for what we needed. The beds were comfortable. It’s right in the heart of everything, so it’s not quiet, but it was exactly as advertised. We would come back again!

Location, location, location!! Reviews were all correct. The unit can get very loud from outside noise due to its location but we were well aware before we booked.
Being so close to all the action made the trip. No worries about driving, Uber rides etc..really made it so much easier for a quick stay in the downtown area. Highly recommend if you want to be in the middle of all the action.

The location is good if you plan to be on Broadway; however, the unit is dirty and there is visible mold. Every bed was broken, the linens were worn and felt dirty. The parking validation did not work and the property manager has yet to reply about a refund. There was trash at the end of the stairs for two days and still there when we left. Overall, I would not recommend and would rather pay more money for a cleaner place.
