The Casa Venezia e Riviera apartment is a comfortable apartment equipped with all comforts, in the ideal position for visiting nearby Venice, the historic cities of Padua and Treviso as well as the famous Venetian villas of the Brenta Riviera.
Provided with all services and perfectly equipped, it is ideal for a holiday in Veneto or even as accommodation for work commitments.
It is a recently renovated (2023) 70m2 apartment located on the first floor of a small building of 4 units.
The spaces:
- double bedroom with large bed (200 x 180 cm) and comfortable Dorelan memory mattresses, large wardrobe with sliding doors and a piece of antique furniture in pear wood.
- bedroom with 2 single beds with memory foam mattresses, large wardrobe with sliding doors and and an antique display cabinet in wood.
- new kitchen with everything needed for cooking, equipped with dishwasher, hob, microwave oven and fridge with freezer section.
- bathroom with spacious shower cubicle (70x120 cm), WC, bidet, sink, bathroom cabinet and modern Bosh washing machine (9 kg).
- dining room with six-seater table, 6 chairs and display cabinet.
- in the same open space as the dining room there is the living room with a comfortable sofa, armchair and 43" smart TV.
Equipped with adjustable heating for each room, separate air conditioning between the living and sleeping areas, fast WiFi connection.
A glass balcony with clothes horse is available.
An important convenience: reserved parking space right under the apartment available to guests.
The apartment is located a few hundred meters from the main town square which represents the heart of Mirano, a pretty town in the metropolitan city of Venice which boasts a beautiful center animated by many bars, ideal for a spritz and a finger food in company!
There are restaurants for every taste and the city market takes place every week on Monday mornings in the entire historic center of the town.
Furthermore, every third Sunday of the month (excluding July and August) the famous and typical outdoor antiques market is held.
For a pleasant walk you can take advantage of the Villa Belvedere Municipal Park, open every day.
From Casa Venezia and Riviera you can reach supermarkets, bakery, pharmacy and butcher in just a few minutes, even on foot.
The bus stop for Venice and Padua is a three-minute walk away, so it is possible (and convenient) to avoid using your car to visit these cities.
