Property was beautiful! Would definitely stay there again. We noticed that the owners where probably in the middle of changing out some windows. We assume they will be changing the slider from the dining area to the pool. We couldn't lock it. Was fine with it though. The area was very quiet and seemed safe. Even though it was just my husband and myself, I think with the three king size beds, it would accommodate a family or three couples comfortably. The pool temperature was perfect and the lighting at night was cozy. Great getaway.

We just stayed at Villa Messina and really had a lovely time. The home was very clean and comfortable. A few maintenance items need to be done (nothing major), and we had to refill the basics (toilet paper, paper towels, facial tissue, trash bags). But the location is beautiful, safe, and close to all of our favorite spots to hit in CC and FM. We would definitely stay there again!

The property itself was perfect for our family of four. Each of our kids got their own room with a King Bed and TV. The biggest hit was the pool area and this area was used the most by us. The neighborhood was very quiet which was peaceful. There were bicycles available for use along with some extra pool toys. The kitchen was fully stocked with anything you would need for cooking. We left behind a pizza cutter as this was the only thing that wasn’t there. Beds were very comfortable.
The check in process was not what I was used to with other VRBO. Communication with the property managers was not what I would expect for what we paid to rent this property. I had to call a number listed on VRBO and a woman answered as I was concerned about check in and if we had questions once we were there. She was very responsive as the code for the house wouldn’t work and this was resolved quickly. We never heard from anyone again. Overall this is a great property for a family to stay for vacation.

We loved the house and area. The property managers were very attentive and easy to work with. The pool and lanai were our favorites.
