About this villa rental
Direct Gulf access – no locks. Palm Palace sits on a canal in sought-after Southwest Cape Coral, south of Cape Coral Parkway, with a private dock right behind the house. Take your boat straight out to the Gulf of Mexico, explore the islands, head to the beaches of Sanibel or Fort Myers Beach, or start your fishing trip from your own dock. Boat rentals can be arranged on request.
Heated pool & spa with west exposure. The pool and spa (a heated soaking tub without jets) face west, so you get sun from late morning until sunset. Lots of lounge chairs around the pool and on the boat deck.
Space for 6. Built in 1999 and fully renovated in 2013, 2014 and 2023: 2,136 sq ft of open-plan living, 3 bedrooms (2 King, 1 Queen) and 3 bathrooms. The subtropical garden with its royal palm avenue in front and tall palms at the back gives the villa its name and keeps it private.
Equipped like our own home, because it is. We spend our own vacations here, so the house has everything you need:
Large flat screens in every bedroom with Hulu Live TV, ESPN+ and Disney+, and a 50" TV with soundbar in the living room
Fully equipped kitchen: oven, microwave, coffee machine, mixer, toaster, refrigerator with ice maker, cookware and dishes
Four-burner BBQ grill on the patio, washer and dryer, high-speed Wi-Fi throughout, central A/C
Treadmill, board games, DVDs and books
Beach gear: chairs, loungers, umbrellas, coolers and kids' toys, plus a travel crib and car seats

Quiet side street, everything close by. Supermarkets, restaurants and shops are just minutes away.
Electricity is included in the rent. Please note: the garage is used by the owner and is not available to guests.
