Casa Skittles is the perfect home for guests seeking a luxury residence with a substantial and private outdoor living space. Situated close to the ever-popular Cape Harbor Marina in Cape Coral, from the stylish open-plan living area to the luxurious outdoor lounge area, everything in this home is modern and thoughtful by design.
On stepping through the double-door entrance, you will be greeted with the popular Great Room layout where living, dining, and the kitchen are combined to make one spacious main living area. Decorated in cool, modern beachy tones, the high quality of this home is instantly apparent.
The kitchen has been finished with wooden cabinets, a central island, and granite worktops. Stainless steel appliances complete the kitchen fit for the most demanding of gourmet cooks. There is also a huge breakfast bar area with seating for 6 persons - a perfect place to entertain your friends and family.
The master suite is spacious and upscale in its appointments. It comes furnished with a king-size bed, cable TV, and sliding doors to the pool area. The guest bathroom has a large walk-in shower and is finished with wooden cabinets for an upscale feel.
This home has been built with the stunning 'zero corner door' sliding glass doors. This means both sides of the sliding lanai doors open back so as to completely open up the home to the outside, creating an indoor/outdoor living vibe. The pool deck area is very private and set within nearly 1/2 acre of established garden for extra privacy and space. The lanai area has its own comfortable outdoor living area with cable TV so you can watch TV whilst enjoying the Florida sunshine. House was lovely and met our expectations. Enjoyed the pool, view, and dock. Responsive property manager. Lanai was damaged in heavy rainstorm and repaired the next day. Went to Barefoot Beach which is a drive but beautiful. Had to buy beach umbrellas which we left for other guests. Would happily return.

This home was better than the pics. It was very clean and very nicely decorated.
The kitchen was very well stocked for cooking any meal you have in mind.
The outdoor area around the pool was comfortable and a great place for morning coffee or evening cocktails.
Definitely recommend renting this home.
