This is a small complex, with this unit beachfront. Pier Park and Aaron Bessant Park are within walking distance for shopping, eating and entertainment. The county pier is within walking distance for those who enjoy fishing. A grocery store is just down the road as well as the airport. If you're looking for a quiet place on the sugar white sands of Panama City Beach, this is it. The unit has a fully equipped kitchen with dining table. The outside balcony overlooks the sandy beach and is equipped with table and chairs for dining as well. The bedroom has a kingsize bed, the LR has a queen size sleeper sofa which will sleep one child. This is a no smoking unit, a comfortable unit for your stay away from home!

This was our first time staying here, and we truly enjoyed it. The place was very clean, the bed was comfortable, and everything we needed was fully stocked. Cheryl was an excellent host—very communicative and quick to respond whenever we had a question. We especially loved being right on the beach and within easy walking distance to Pier Park. I would highly recommend this place and would absolutely stay here again!

My boyfriend has never been to Florida wanted him to have a good time for his first time. We walked in and there was a musty smell and then the TV didn’t work right , and he thinks there should be a TV in the bedroom. Shower curtain is bulky and it clings to you when you shower and the water is slower coming out no power. And the washers and dryer’s are outside and rusted a little.
