Marnie is situated on a hill covered with olive trees, this newly constructed house offers peace and 180 degrees view over the sea. At the height of the summer, houses like these provide an ideal retreat, with the advantage of a refreshing sea breeze.
The residence combines the traditional architectural style of Corfu with the comfort of a contemporary design using natural materials such as stone and oak. The main level features an open living space which includes the sitting room, the dining room, and the kitchen as well as a large shaded balcony with sea view. The fully equipped kitchen leads to the pool space and a dining area. The upper level features two large bedrooms, each with en suite bathroom and private balcony with sea views. The lower level features a third spacious bedroom with en suite bathroom and a separate cloakroom with toilet.
All rooms and living areas are air conditioned and have an additional under floor cooling / heating system. Main services: WIFI, TV, washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher etc.
The property is situated at 14 km from Kassiopi, and 23 km from Corfu, one of the most picturesque cities of Greece. The town offers many cultural activities, shopping, great restaurants and an international airport connected to the main European cities.

A spectacular villa overlooking the Ionian Sea including panoramic views of Corfu and the most beautiful outdoor eating area we’ve ever had the joy of experiencing.
The owner Jehanne was engaged and responsive and the villa met all our needs: three magnificent en-suite rooms, comfortable beds, plenty of cupboard space and a great kitchen.
We did find the narrow road up to the villa a bit tricky at first but got used to it as our stay progressed.
A first class villa and the perfect backdrop for a truly memorable family holiday!

What a house, what a view, what a holiday!!!
The house couldn’t be more perfect! We arrived to the incredibly beautiful villa which was spotlessly clean and were welcomed with some local produce. Joanne, the owner, has thought of everything - the house is perfectly equipped, it is large so there is ample space to sit in different seating areas to capture the staggeringly beautiful views. The beds were huge and super comfy, ample cupboard space to hide suitcases so you forget you’re there on holiday ;)
The house was cleaned and fresh linens provide every few days through our two week stay.
Joanne also provided loads of insight to the local areas, recommend restaurants, villages and more. All faultless.

We can not praise this house and our hosts high enough! We enjoyed everything so much. The house is very good, with high-quality systems and appliances. It also very well stocked with everything we needed. Joanne and Marco met us when we arrived and were so helpful during the whole stay. They provided so much good information, both in written guides and when asked. It was really a pleasure to have such great hosts. We enjoyed Corfu a lot. There is so many things to see, so beautiful nature, and so friendly people. We liked the nearby tavernas and the small grocery shop, with excellent service and friendliness. Of course, the view from the house is just spectacular. It is necessary to drive up a winding road of course, but we quickly got used to that. We hope to come back to Corfu again many times and would love to stay again at this great house. Thank you for a great stay!
