The villa is comfortable and very nicely decorated. We could enjoy either swimming in the swimming pool or in the sea – difficult to choose! Because the villa is a bit isolated (main city Singaraja is at about 20 kms from the villa), we had been advised to rent scooters and we did well! It is quite an experience to drive along with hundreds of other scooters on the roads to the city.
The staff was very nice and helpful and was doing everything to make sure we would have a relaxing stay in the villa.
Cadek was our driver and guide – he picked us up at the airport and also took us to some beautiful places (we were trying to avoid the very touristic areas). He also took us to a mini-treck with the kids in the rice fields close to his home, it was really amazing.
Komang was taking care of the house and was cooking for us when we were not travelling. We discovered the tasteful Balinese food and some fruits we had never heard of before.
We very much appreciated the beauty of the villa and its surroundings as well as the kindness of the staff and the inhabitants of the island. We will come back, for sure!
