Had an amazing stay. Excellent location close to everything. Spotlessly clean and the breakfast items in the fridge were greatly appreciated. Supermarket literally next door that came in handy.

The apartment was pretty much as described. It was nice, clean and spacious. The lighting in the main room was not the greatest, only a ceiling chandelier that did not have enough bulbs or something, so very dim. I did appreciate that the owner stocked the refrigerator with food for us: eggs, bread, bacon, etc. That was unexpected and helpful. Our biggest complaint with this Vrbo was the check-in process. It was a complete disaster! The owner did not send instructions prior to our arrival with check-in instructions. He (Pier Luigi Pisani) had sent me a message via my Vrbo account earlier in the week requiring me to pay the city tax and give him phone numbers to contact me via WhatsApp, which I immediately did. Then I never heard from him again. We arrived with no information and no way to get into the apartment. Finally, after trying to contact Vrbo or the owner several times, some local manager called me on WhatsApp. He acted like I didn't do what I was supposed to. We finally got in, but it was extremely frustrating. Very unprofessional.
