200 steps to the beach, a true couples Beach Escape tucked in quiet, residential Windy Hill in N. Myrtle Beach. Away from the large beach crowds and chaotic high rises. We love our CLEAN condo & we know you will too!

Get away or get involved! Relax or recreation! Perfectly situated just east of Kings Highway (Highway 17) and minutes away from many great restaurants, shows and shopping. We’re only 1/2 mile from Barefoot Landing, one of Myrtle Beach’s favorite shopping areas, the Alabama Theater, House of Blues, Alligator Adventure and many cute shops. 6 minutes from city pickleball courts!
We are OWNER managed and do not have hidden charges lurking to bite you like many “professionally managed” condos have. READ THEIR FINE PRINT. VRBO sometimes calls our cleaning fee a "host fee" and that is what we pay our cleaner. "The unit was very clean and well kept." (Harold Oct 2023)

Bird watchers can revel in the Plovers, Willets, Royal Terns, Sanderlings and Cormorants. Here in SC you will find squadrons of Eastern Brown Pelicans, the only pelican in the world that is not white! Even from Olive Garden’s parking lot or Duplin’s outdoor seating you can watch the beautiful snow white egrets.
Unwind at night sitting by the pool. Reasonable rates so a couple on a budget can still have fun in the sun.
Note: Our personal condo is smoke free, the condo complex, city and state are not.
Start your morning with a cup of coffee on the balcony looking out at the ocean. Then head to the beach for a morning walk, run or adventure finding the “perfect” shell. "Beach access a very short walk and includes bathrooms!" (Harold 2023)
Time for brunch?! Head to one of the many loved pancake houses just minutes away. Obviously after a big breakfast/lunch, one “must’ rest on the beach-don’t forget the sun screen and water bottles! After soaking in some sun, time to explore the shops at Barefoot Landing or Tanger, then off to restaurant row for dinner! Tuck in to bed in peace and quiet to rest for the next fun filled day!

We had an amazing time at this condo! The owners were AWESOME and super easy to communicate with. When we got locked out without our phones one day (oops), they responded to the (very sweet) neighbor’s phone call immediately and helped us get back in. They were lovely people and were extremely prompt in their responses.The property was located in a really great area. Honestly, when we looked at the booking, we were a little skeptical of the converted motel aspect of the condo for safety reasons, but it turned out to not be a problem AT ALL. The location is very nice and we never felt unsafe. The property itself is also just as pictured. The space is very nice and everything we needed in the kitchen was provided. The only minor complaint we had was the fact that the A/C doesn’t quite reach the back bedroom. We stayed during an extreme heat warning, so the bedroom got pretty warm. The owners did provide a box fan, which definitely made it better!! Overall, this condo was in a great area and was a nice place to stay at while visiting Myrtle Beach.

Rooms very narrow, had to use foot of the bed to lie down. Water damage apparent in front room. No interior doors other than the bathroom. It was fine, but not what I expected
