Getting Around:
North Myrtle Beach! Walk, or take uber/lyft wherever you need to go for the most affordable rates. Car is definitely a plus to have to fully explore the area!

1) I DO NOT charge credit card fees. The Payment system charges hosts 3% every booking. Most hosts forward that cost to their guests, I do not and pay that charge myself
2) I DO NOT charge any ridiculous admin or booking fees like most on these sites, I prefer to be upfront and honest about my fees prior to clicking BOOK NOW!
3) The cleaning fees are standard rate across Myrtle Beach. The maids need to be paid somehow so the cleaning fee is well worth their time and energy making the space perfect for the next guest!
The fact is, nobody wants to book a unit and get swamped with 10 different fees, so I do everything I can to avoid that situation for my guests!

Stayed here last year during New Year’s week. The place is immaculate and we loved the updates that were made inside the condo. FIVE STAR RATING! We are going to try to go back in April of this year. Overall, we were super happy! Hated to say goodbye.

The overall stay was perfect. There was lots to do and I enjoyed that the beach was within walking distance. I only have to complain about a few things. 1. The door handle to get into the condo was broke so when we tried to go out the door for any reason the handle came off. 2. The dishwasher did not run properly and had a terrible smell from food and stuff sitting in the bottom of it.3. Both doors to the balcony’s were slightly rusted and were very very hard to open. Other than those few things, the condo was in pretty good standings and we were happy with our stay!

Very clean,view not good, couldn’t use pool because there were no bands to allow access. Notified owner several times with no response. I messaged and emailed every day that we were there to no avail. Very disappointed and frustrated.
