Our comfortable and fully equipped furnished apartment in a very quiet residential area in 55595 Hargesheim near Bad Kreuznach can accommodate 1 to 5 people (cats or dogs are welcome as well). The bright, friendly and clean art apartment with very good bus service to the spa and wine town of Bad Kreuznach by the Nahe river (15 minutes to the city center by bus) is at ground level / ground floor and has a separate entrance.
Hargesheim lies between the spa towns Bad Kreuznach with the bridge houses and the Salinental and Bad Sobernheim with open air museum and a barefoot path.
Bingen am Rhein is located about 18 km away. Other historic cities in the vicinity are: Koblenz, Mainz, Wiesbaden, Trier, Idar-Oberstein.
All shops, restaurants, pharmacy, doctors, etc. in the immediate vicinity. Our wine growing region has numerous restaurants & wineries, museums, castles, forts, chateaus & palaces, zoos and wildlife parks, lakes & water parks, leisure and theme parks ...
The 95 square meters large art apartment is perfectly suitable for business travelers, tourists, spa patients, students and viticulture student apartment with free Wi-Fi has a living room with large panoramic sliding window for direct access to the patio with adjoining garden, dining room, kitchen, bedroom, hallway, bathroom, basement and laundry room equipped with a washing machine and a dryer.
The large patio is roofed and equipped with sunshades, one large table and chairs.
Free parking for 1 to 3 cars infront of and next to the apartment.
The very modern kitchen is equipped with a stove, sink, fridge / freezer, microwave, grill-oven, coffee machines, toaster, kettle and pots, pans, crockery and cutlery.
The dining room is equipped with a dining table with 5 chairs.
The bright and pleasant living room offers various sofas, a wall unit with German and English books, satellite TV, DVD player and a stereo.
The fully equipped bathroom with a window has a shower, vanity and toilet.
The bedroom offers a double bed with two high quality mattresses (100 x 200 cm each), two bedside tables, a mirror cabinet, a shoe cupboard and a generously sized wardrobe. In another room there is an extra bed for 1 to 2 persons (one mattress, 140 x 200 cm). Towels and sheets are provided. Should you stay longer, you may wash and change sheets and towels or have them washed and changed by me (subject to small fee). I am also happy to clean the apartment for you during a longer stay (50 euro fee).
The apartment is cool in summer and does not require air conditioning. Central heating provides cozy warmth during the winter.
A washing machine and a dryer are available for use in the laundry room.
