In the beautiful Marina di San Gregorio and a few hundred meters from its bay, there is a complex of six villas overlooking the sea, all covered in rock. Among these is the Strawberry Tree, an excellent solution for large families or a group of friends.
The accommodation, equipped with a magnificent terrace with panoramic sea view, is on two floors, ground floor and lower floor.
On the ground floor we find a large air-conditioned living room with kitchen, TV and sofa, a double bedroom, a triple bedroom (with 3 single beds) and a bathroom with shower and toilet; downstairs a further triple bedroom with three single beds and a second bathroom.
The detached house has an entrance courtyard, beautifully covered in stone and adorned with various fruit and ornamental trees, with a parking space in front of the house and a large corner terrace at the back with a beautiful sea view, equipped with table and barbecue, ideal for outdoor grills. Accommodation finely furnished and equipped with solid wood furniture.
