About this apartment rental
Live in a perfect Brickell condo with a view to die for! You’ll be able enjoy breathtaking scenery as you sit on your 34th Floor balcony and watch sunrise over Miami’s beautiful coastline. This is one building that offers everything from pools & spas, fitness centers – there are no limits here because every day feels like vacation in paradise… . Condo features king size bed and sofa bed. Valet parking.
The Building requires to be sure the main guest acknowledges their rules. For that, the main guest will have to provide an email address to electronically sign an acknowledgment and send a picture of a government ID. Please, send the picture and the email address through Airbnb, and we`ll send the link for the signature. Thanks!
This unit has 1 parking space on high floor, garage access and parking is suitable for small SUV and Sedan. It may be difficult to navigate with large SUV.
The building can store luggage, from 7 am to 4 pm, charges apply check with front desk
There is a valet parking and charges are posted at the building.
Pool and hot tub operating hours are dawn to dusk, it may vary
Early Check-in if unit can be ready we allow early check-in, early check-in fee is $45, Early check-in house 1PM to 4 PM
We don`t allow late check out
Smoking penalty is $599 per incident
Loud noise complaint penalty $199
Extra cleaning fee applies for coffee drops, stained couch, or linen $150 per stain
Missing items will be billed
No unregistered guest, unregistered guest penalty $199

Beautiful clean apartment in a quiet building. I chose this place over others because of the awesome seating area on the balcony. Most places only had a basic little patio table and chair set. This place has a cute patio chair swing and little L-shaped couch. The view from the balcony is beautiful, quiet and ocean view, I spent a lot of time relaxing on the balcony and got some beautiful pictures on the chair swing. The king size bed is very comfortable and the kitchen had all the utensil you could possibly need. Communication with the owner went smooth, and they responded quickly when I had questions. I messaged the owner last minute before my trip to see if I could add an extra day. I received a response immediately and was able to add an extra day to my reservation. I rented a car and utilized the parking spot in the garage. Parking is kind of a pain as the spot was on the 10th floor, it takes about 10 minutes to get in and out of the parking garage as the turns to each level are extremely tight. However, after a couple days, you get used to it. There are restaurants within walking distance, and CVS and 7-Eleven are right next door. This apartment exceeded my expectations. I’m in Miami quite often so I will definitely rent from them again the next time I’m in Miami. I had a wonderful week stay, thank you!!!!
