About this apartment rental
Newly updated this completely furnished downstairs studio condominium is the perfect little beach get away or ' home away from home'. Take a leisurely stroll to the beach and Packery Chanel. Fish from the pier in the eighteen unit condominium canal, swim in the pool, walk over to the BoatHouse for a Sunday Brunch or relax on the patio. So many ways to enjoy this little vacation paradise. Lease by the night (two night minimum), by the week or by the month (no hotel taxes will be charged for a monthly rental, price will be adjusted upon booking). All you have to bring is your swimsuit!

Such a great vibe, and set up! A lot of thought and consideration was put into this unit! I would definitely stay again. Only thing I didn't like was the brightness at night at the pier, but that's definitely not a deal breaker.

This little condo was perfect for our plans. It was close to so many things in the area to do. The beach umbrella and chairs really came in handy for our beach day and made our pictures look like we were stylin' ! We sampled nearby restaurants. The area is quiet and we felt safe the entire time. We had everything we needed in the condo and it was very cutely decorated. The only thing I would have enjoyed would have been a wide bench or place to lay my suitcase. We made use of the closet and the hangers but a little more open clear space would have been good. No complaints though.

Although the unit was clean and the kitchen had snacks, etc. we did have an issue with the tv working correctly...we did contact host and did eventually get to work. However the bed, although the mattress and pillows were comfortable when we sat/laid on it we felt like we were in my grandmothers bed, meaning that it moved, would shake and squeak with every movement. And finally, the coffee provided was a flavored coffee and my husband will not drink that, though I did appreciate the effort. Thank you.
