About this house rental
This family home is located in a very quiet location surrounded by new homes, close to the playground & Mahalia Coffee House. Lovely wide formal entrance hall with stepped ceiling opens to family room with fitted cinema area, large flat screen TV with foxtel.
Designer kitchen with stainless appliances, island bench and breakfast bar, butler's pantry & dishwasher. Property has a dishwasher & a Nespresso Inissia Coffee Machine with Milk Frother, just bring your favorite pods.
Wall of north facing glass doors beams natural light across open plan dining and opens out to the large covered outdoor entertaining area. Outside pet is welcome, the property is fully fenced to keep your furry friend safe. Access to block next door via the back side gate. Extra room for the children to run around or that family footy or cricket game. There is an outdoor fire pit, wood is not supplied but can be purchased for the hardware, service station or supermarket.
Main open plan kitchen/dining opens via double doors to formal lounge with an electric fireplace, creating a cosy & relaxing atmosphere at night. Again, with a large flat screen TV with foxtel. Office nook with free WIFI for those moments when you just can't leave work behind.
Spacious master queen bedroom room opens to luxurious ensuite with twin vanities. Bedroom 2 is also a queen, bedroom 3 has 2 singles & bedroom 4 has 2 sets of toddler set of bunks.
Property also caters for the little ones with a change table, highchair & a porta cot available (no linen or towels supplied for baby)
Ducted heating and cooling for 100% comfort year-round. Galley style laundry with washer & dryer. The garage has a pool table & a tennis table for you to enjoy.
The property has a fully fenced yard. Outside pets are welcome. It is the dog owner's responsibility to ensure their dog is suitably restrained within the enclosed yard premises, Robe Coastal Holidays cannot guarantee fencing will be suitable match with your pet.
Linen & towels are supplied.
What to Bring- Our properties are fully self-contained, and we supply a starter pack consisting of dish liquid, dish tablet, dish cloth, soap, and a roll of toilet paper per toilet. Please note the complementary pack is to get you started for your holiday and through your first night. We only allow one towel per person. T-towels are provided. Please note we do not make up the bunk beds in any of our properties. Things you will need to bring or purchase throughout your stay: Beach towels, Hair Dryer, Laundry powder (front loading powder is great for top loaders as well as front) Extra bathroom/beach towels and face washers if items supplied listed above do not suit your needs. Throughout your stay you will need more toilet paper, soap and dishwashing products.

We have been coming to Robe for 8 years and this house is our favourite so far! Perfect for our old and young crew inside and out. The house had everything we wanted and more! Loved the access to fresh rain water, loved the protected outdoor areas, plenty of room for cricket on the grass and the butler’s pantry was a delightful surprise for people who love to cook. Comfortable beds and spacious lounge rooms. We will definitely be back!

The house was so well equipped and thought out. We were two families of 9 people and did not feel crowded at all. It was the little things that had been provided for us, games, dress ups for kids, games room, scooters... a beautiful home that worked so well even when the weather wasn't on our side. We would stay in this house every time without a second thought. Thankyou to the owners and Robe coastal holidays for a wonderful holiday.
