Welcome to your spacious coastal getaway on Charles Bonney Drive — the perfect setting for large families or groups looking for comfort, space, and relaxed holiday living in Robe.
Please note:
• Strictly no pets permitted
• No Wi-Fi available at the property
• Top bunk beds are only suitable for guests aged 14 years and under
Tucked away in a quiet cul-de-sac, this generous holiday home offers plenty of room for everyone, with a large backyard where kids can play freely and families can enjoy a game of cricket or footy on the lawn. Please note the yard is fenced on three sides but is not fully enclosed.
The home features a newly renovated, fully equipped kitchen that flows into the open-plan living and dining areas, creating a comfortable central hub for holiday entertaining. With two TVs, a DVD/video player, reverse-cycle air conditioning, dishwasher, and an outdoor entertaining area complete with BBQ and dining setting, everything you need for a relaxed stay is provided.
There is ample parking for multiple vehicles as well as a boat, making it ideal for larger groups.
Accommodation includes 5 bedrooms designed to comfortably sleep extended families or groups:
• Two front bedrooms each with queen beds (one with ensuite)
• Three additional bedrooms located off the rear passage
• Bedroom three includes a queen bed
• Bedrooms four and five each feature a bunk and a single bed, sleeping up to three guests per room
A cot is also available for infants, making this a family-friendly option for those travelling with young children.
Important Information:
• No booking will be accepted without a completed guest list and required details
• Credit card details are required for bond security
Linen Information:
Bathroom and bedroom linen is supplied for all stays; however, only the required amount is provided based on guest numbers supplied at booking. If you would like beds professionally made prior to arrival, please request bed-making at the time of booking ($15.00 per bed, sorry no top bunks). Guests are responsible for advising the office of any special bedding configurations required. If no requests are made, bedding arrangements will be assumed based on guest numbers provided. Please remember to bring your own beach towels.

where we stay is great but the property needs a lot of upgrades.The drapes in front rooms need attention,mattress in the single beds need replacing lounges need replacing they sag the dishwasher certainly needs replacing this house has a lot of potential but needs a lot of TLC

The home was large and overall great, but a bit of an update of old ripped curtains would be good, and there were quite a few cobwebs, so the service fee is a bit much considering it wasn't that clean to begin with.

To begin we will identify what we consider as negative points of our accommodation. # Lounge room; couches need replacing, broken and/or sagging. # Window drapes; cords nearly broken. # 4th bedroom; single bed sagging. # Kitchen/lounge folding door still broken. # Passage sliding door, floor guide missing. # Cutlery quantity needs reviewing. # Dishwasher, top cradle faulty. This year (2023) on entry we found it to be much cleaner and tidy.

house is a bit old but generally all working and clean. only thing is the hot water tank only heat up once a day. so called the agent at night and she teach us to press a boost button from the fuss box and waited for about an hour to get the water hot again was a bit of annoying. a few people having warm to cold shower wasnt fun. wish they could tell us eailer. overall if okay
