About this apartment rental

Newly renovated condo with all new furnishings and appliances. Enjoy a comfortable king size bed in the bedroom or complete business at the full size desk. The kitchen features a full size refrigerator, stove and convection microwave. Get ready in the separate vanity area while other guests shower. Watch TV from the pull out sofa bed in the living room or get comfortable in either of two side chairs or a table with four stools. Enjoy the beautiful pool and ocean view from the balcony. There is a $150.00 Damage Deposit required. This will be refunded 7 days after reservation if no damage is found. This is mainly for the NO SMOKING policy. The deposit will be forfeited if smoking occurs in condo. There are guests that think this rule does not apply to them. Thanks for understanding. Lisa

The condo was cute and clean it had everything we needed. The pool was nice and we loved how close the beach was. The host was very friendly and helpful.we would definitely stay here again

We had a great stay! The photos need updated as there were only 2 dining room chairs so all of us could not eat at the table.

The only thing that could be changed is a better toilet and plunger. Had a couple issues with flushing. Other than that it was FANTASTIC!!!!
