With separate sleeping areas, a fully equipped gourmet kitchen, and easy beach access, this condo is perfect for families, couples traveling together, or small groups seeking a stress-free, memorable beach getaway. Elevated Ocean Views
Located on the first floor, the condo offers beautiful ocean views from the balcony. Please note there is no elevator access, and the unit is reached by one short flight of 14 steps.
Pool Access
The complex pool is available April 15 through October 15, with hours and availability determined by the HOA. There’s also a HOA BBQ grill area shared by guests.
Perfect for Families
We provide a Pack 'N Play, twin foam mattress, and booster seat—no need to haul extra gear.

Safety & Security
For guest safety, exterior HOA security cameras and Modern Escapes cameras monitor the outside of buildings including the parking spaces, stairwells, entryways and pool.
Pets, Parties & Smoking Policy
Per the rental agreement, there is a strict no smoking/vaping and no pets policy. Evidence during or after the stay will result in removal of the entire party immediately with no refund, and a fee of $1,500 each, respectively. In addition, parties, events and commercial photography/videography are not allowed.

We had the best of all worlds here, right on the beach with wonderful views and located in an area convenient to many restaurants, several grocery stores and shopping. The condo had extraordinary amenities and the neighborhood was quiet. We will definitely stay here again.

We absolutely loved our stay at Modern Escape in Myrtle Beach! The oceanfront location was unbeatable — just steps from the sand — and the condo itself was spotless, beautifully designed, and full of thoughtful touches. As a light packer, I really appreciated the fully stocked coffee/tea bar, quality toiletries, and beach gear (chairs, umbrella, toys). Our 4-year-old was obsessed with the automatic lights in the bathroom — pure magic for her! It felt like a true home away from home with extras like board games, smart TVs, and a washer/dryer. We’ve stayed in several Myrtle Beach vacation rentals, and this one tops the list for comfort, convenience, and style. Highly recommend for families, couples, or anyone looking for Myrtle Beach rentals beachfront with luxury touches. We can’t wait to return!

Exactly what we needed for a beach vacation, would definitely recommend it five stars. Restaurants in the erea seasons by 10 fold for best brunch, best seafood hook and barrel, the best Italian restaurants were craves and villa romana, best steakhouse was Chucks steakhouse.
