We had a perfect stay. The house lies in a quiet environment with a beautiful view over the sea. We loved having breakfast or dinner at the balcony enjoying this view.
All rooms have air conditioning. There are two bathrooms and you can use a washing machine.
We arrived early and Mario gave us a bathroom, living room, Terras and kitchen to use till we could check in. Very kind. We would definitely recommend this place.

It was the perfect place for us and our children to stay at. Spacious, safe, clean, quiet, beautiful, with breath taking views and lovely surroundings. It had everything we needed and it was near all the nice beaches and restaurants, but far enough from the noise. Our host, Mario, was very kind and made us feel very welcome and at home. Our kids loved exploring his beautiful garden and watching the animals. We couldn't think of a better and more peaceful place to spend our vacation and relax. Thank you Mario for sharing your wonderful home with us and for your hospitality. We are so excited to come back!

This 3beds/2baths apartment is in the best location you can wish for when visiting the North East coast of Sardinia. It is at only 5 minutes drive from San Teodoro and close to any tourist attractions in the area. But at the same time it guarantees a quite and relaxing environment, as it is located in a very calm area, surrounded by the mountains, and with an amazing view to the sea. The apartment is located on the first floor of a villa, with a huge outdoor area with barbecue. The best spot of the apartment is the huge private terrace, from where you can enjoy a breathtaking view of the sunrise on the beach of “La Cinta” (one of the most famous and beautiful beaches in the area) from one side, and the evergreen mountains from the other. Mario is an amazing host, and a very kind person. He greeted us at the place, and showed us the apartment with a big smile on his face. He was available for us during the entire stay for any suggestions or help we needed.
Finally the apartment is very spaciousness, and sparkling clean.
All in all, a perfect apartment, in the perfect area, managed by the perfect host! HYGHLY RECOMMENDED.
