About this house rental

Windfall is a charming 5 bedroom (comfortable beds with three that are KING sized), 3 1/2 bath home with unobstructed views of the gulf in Mexico Beach, Florida. Located on the very eastern end of Mexico Beach, Windfall is situated on top of a bluff that provides exceptional views of the gulf and the amazing sunsets. You'll find Windfall to be private as the property is surrounded by trees and located on the least busy end of the beach. The top deck has an amazing 180 degree view of the beautiful gulf and the bottom deck is a great shaded space that you are able to catch the a relaxing gulf breeze.

The entire process went well from booking to departing. The host communicated well and answered all my questions along the way. We were all pleased with the accommodations. The outside porches were used alot in the early mornings and late afternoons/evenings. Our adult children found plenty to do when not on the beach with local karaoke and inshore fishing. The host has a great toy shed with all the things we needed for the beach and more. We used the grill for grilling one night and enjoyed a night in. Thanks for a wonderful stay.

We had a wonderful time on our vacation. The house was the perfect size for us and we couldn’t have had a better location. The owner was so responsive and helpful. The house had everything - EVERYTHING - we needed. It was our first trip to Mexico Beach and we loved it. We will definitely be back!

This property had everything necessary. Yard and shrubbery need maintaining. Porch could use additional tables etc. View from the deck was accurate and storage room contained rafts, buckets, umbrellas etc. that are difficult to travel with. Adequate but missing that specialness to return.
