Sinking Sun is a beautiful Gulf Front 5BR/5BA, 3,300SF home with a private heated POOL! The house is located on the most desirable area of the Forgotten Coast! Enjoy incredible views from every room and any one of your three large covered balconies. This home creates the perfect family atmosphere with a spacious and open floor plan. Features include: hardwood floors, granite counters, stainless appliances, elevator servicing all floors, DirecTV in every room, free Wi-Fi, washer, dryer, fully stocked kitchen, natural gas grill, outside shower and more. 1st Floor: pool, parking and entry. 2nd floor: Living room with sofa sleeper, full bath, kitchen and dining room. 3rd Floor: 4BR/3BA (3 Kings and 4 Twins). 4th Floor: King master suite with Jacuzzi tub, tile shower and baby crib. Pool heat is included. Saturday to Saturday rental. 2027 available for booking August 1st.
