WHAT OUR GUESTS LOVE
✹ The neighborhood is wonderful, the house had everything you need for a beach vacation, and access to the gulf cart was added fun. Check in was super easy and the hosts communicated very well.
✹ We had two families with kids and the grandparents. Everyone had plenty of space and activities galore - heated swimming pool, outdoor games, game room inside and heaps of board games. The kitchen and BBQ are well equipped for cooking, but also close to restaurants in Mexico Beach and Port St Joe. The home and linens were spotless.
✹ The house has two wings and a central common area, perfect for large groups. The area is walkable to the gulf or the golf cart, honestly there was so much to do at the house we ended up skipping the gulf for most of the trip! The beach area and the gulf itself is beautiful in this area
✹ The house is very spacious for my family of 10 & always something to keep even our teens happy!

My family really enjoyed our stay at this property. Everything was as advertised and we had no problems. The house was clean and had lots of room for our group of 7 to spread out. The neighborhood was clean and quiet. The owners had a very easy check out process which was a nice change. Twice they reached out to use to offer discounted extensions on our stay. Unfortunately, we were unable to take advantage of it. My family and I would definitely stay here again.

Great property! Easy to get to the beach and restaurants in the area. Loved the games and entertainment available in the house. Would definitely recommend this house for family gatherings and special occasions.

We had a great stay! The house has a lot of space for families and pets. The house and pool is well maintained and the beach is near by. The hosts were very responsive to any questions. I would stay again!
