About this apartment rental
Our clean, warm, & inviting condo has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and all the comforts of home. The living room has a sofa and loveseat, as well as cable TV, a DVD player and 32' flat screen TV for you to relax with.
The master suite which is separated from the other bedrooms has a queen bed, 32' flat screen TV with cable and a walk-in closet and its own full bathroom. The 2nd bedroom features a queen-sized bed with a 24' flat screen TV. The 3rd bedroom has sleeping arrangements consisting of 2 twin beds.
The condo also features a fully equipped kitchen: full size refrigerator with oven/flat top burners, dishwasher, microwave, blender, toaster, coffee maker dishes, utensils, silverware, pots, and pans etc. full size washer, and dryer in unit, just beyond the living room is the lanai for your morning coffee and fresh air.
While we try and provide each guest with everything they will need, there are some items that are not provided in the homes.
While bath and hand towels are provided, you may want to bring your own beach towels and wash cloths as these are not provided in the homes.
Starters of toilet paper, and soap are provided, but you may need to supply more of these as your journey progresses. In addition, any basic toiletry items such as shampoo, conditioner, body wash, toothpaste, etc. must also be provided by the guest, as well as grocery supplies.

Not enough hand soap.

This property is in a great location. Easy to walk to the pool & market. The complex had multiple activities throughout the day for kids to participate in and the staff was always friendly and kind. Only complaint was the trash was not taken out when placed in the designated bin and that caused a lot of small flies near the front entrance and into the condo. There were also no check out instructions on what do to with the linens or what to do with the trash, however I was able to find that information on the complexes website. The host was easy to communicate with and got back very timely. Also great location to Disney springs, Walmart & Starbucks. The pool is huge and even when it was crowded we found room to swim and cool off.

This condo had a great location n the ground floor. Close to the pool and little store they have.

We weren’t there much but there were some concerns, to be fair we did not contact anyone about them. And for the price we could not complain.
In one bathroom 2 lightbulbs out. In one bedroom the ceiling fan did not work. In another bedroom the ceiling lights did not work and the the chain was broken off the ceiling fan so we could not adjust the speed.
We also received no check out instructions so we guessed.
Proximity to what we wanted to do was excellent and the pool was amazing!
