Great apartment with a great location.

The apartment is located in a beautify landscaped gated building. Very clean and well maintained with full kitchen and everything you may need for a short or a long stay. It is very quiet and you'll be waking up with the sounds of birds singing.
Unfortunately the pool wasn't open while I was there also there was an issue with the elevator for the first 5 days which was a bit uncomfortable as I needed it for my work gear. Also the hot water stopped for one evening but it was fixed next day - it was nice of the owner to send a box of fine chocolates as an apologies for all the inconveniences and I also received a complimentary housekeeping for the second week I was there.
Martine was very nice and fast to reply to messages, even though she wasn't in Nice.
The apartment is great I really wish the pool was working as it is quite nice.
I would recommend this apartment.
