About this apartment rental
The apartment is wonderfully light and airy with high ceilings and open plan living.
While retaining its original features it has chic contemporary furnishings and superb newly installed kitchen and bathroom.

The open plan living space has lovely seating and dining area with beatutiful views across the river.
Morning sunshine and evening glow!
The kitchen has integrated electric hob, oven, microwave and fridge with small freezer compartment.
Krups Nespresso machine with complimentary pods, kettle and toaster.
The bedroom has a king size bed with views of river! Also wardrobe, bedside table and hairdryer.
The spacious bathroom has a large (120x80) luxurious shower, basin vanity unit, toilet, washing machine and utility cupboard containing ironing board, iron, clothes rail and Hoover.
Bed linen and towels supplied. Please provide own beach towels.
From the apartment a few moments walk along the Port finds a selection of great restaurants and cafés overlooking the river where you will find delicious seafood, meat dishes and traditional galettes and crepes.
Or just stop for a glass of wine, Breton cider or a coffee!
Also a lovely boulangerie with breads and cakes.
Boats and bicycles are to hire for travelling along the picturesque river or tow path.
Parking is on the road close to the apartment on a first come basis.
Appartement au Port is on the first floor above Restaurant Terre-Neuvas .
The entrance is through glass doors along a passage between the Restaurant and Poisson Ivre.
Apartment door is up first flight of stairs directly ahead to your left.
There is a security key box to left of door with keys for your convenience. Code provided on booking.

Apartment was great but the communal stairs were dangerous due to torn carpets held together with cello tape.
Filthy table on terrace with only one chair.
Could do with a light over bathroom sink for shaving etc
Not a problem for us but couldn’t find switch for lounge spot lights

The apartment was fabulous. The sun streaming in the windows. The sounds of the world outside. Everything was easy to use and so comfortable. Dinan is a fantastic stop on your world travels.

The apartment is beautifully fitted out with all we could possibly need. Paula provided lots of information to make our arrival a dream.
Terrific location right on the river and in easy reach of old Dinan (the hill is not very long) and good restaurants.
