The main house features 6 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms and the separate carriage house features 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom (perfect for teens or in-laws!). This spacious beach house features 2 living areas and 2 full size kitchens, making it ideal for large groups and families. The backyard features a private saltwater pool and jetted hot tub! Located only a block from the beach, "Sandy Pelican" also includes a free 6 seater golf cart so you can take to the beach, shops, restaurants or to cruise up and down Scenic 98.

Everything was fabulous! The heated pool and hot tub-such a big hit for the grandkids. Plenty of room for all of us in the main house. The Carriage house was one of the reasons I chose this rental. Much needed for our 11 month old granddaughter and parents to get naps in and keep early bedtime on a schedule. Loved that there was a high chair and pack and play for our littlest grand girl. Having the golf cart included during our stay was such a treat! The beds were comfy. We loved that the hosts had a Christmas tree set up. Such a nice touch. Also loved the small little touches such as the towels folded into bows and even the toilet paper had bows on the rolls. Thank you for allowing us to have a wonderful family Christmas vacation! We hope to return soon.

Beautiful home in a convenient location for shopping and dining, Short walk to the beach. Was traveling with my grandchildren and they loved going from the beach to the pool, which we arranged to have heated during our stay. The hosts were very responsive when I asked for a few recommendations to help make the most of our time in Destin.

This place was very accommodating and comfortable. There was enough room for the guests to enjoy when they wanted their own space. The beds were extremely comfortable, no one complained about the beds being uncomfortable. We highly recommended and would stay here again someday.

This house was by far the best house we have stayed in on our annual ladies family trip to Destin. The house was very clean and stocked with plenty of amenities. The location is close to the beach and perfect for shopping and dining. I would definitely recommend this property for larger families. Definitely exceeded our expectations.
