"We are very positive about this house. The owner Patrizio is very friendly, the house was perfectly clean when we arrived and the location is beautiful. We enjoyed sitting in the garden and on the balcony during the evening. This balcony behind the kitchen, with a spectacular view, can not be found on one of the pictures. Highly recommanded."

"The first thing we noticed on arrival was the amazing view, not only of the beautiful surrounding countryside, but all the way to the sea, including Monte Conero, almost 100 km away. The farmhouse was clean and comfortable with lots of rustic charm. We were especially pleased to find ceiling fans in the kitchen and bedrooms. Patrizio treated us to some of his award-winning cheese, and also invited us to help ourselves to the garden nearby, where he grew some of the best tomatoes I've ever tasted. As the driver, I was surprised at how easy it was to drive to Pesaro and to return late at night several times after attending events. I remember the sounds of church bells and roosters, which perfectly suited the location. We were very happy with our stay here."
