Stayed in this one-room condo, on the beach, mid-July. Wasn't too busy, there were a few units open, very few kids, mostly middle-aged couples (empty nesters like us, I presume). Condo unit was clean and cute, nicely decorated and equipped. Keurig, microwave, kitchen utensils, pots and pans, cups and bowls and silverware for 4 settings.Easy to access from a reserved parking spot across the street (very nice!), right next to the pool, 1st floor unit. No balcony but 2 chairs in front, along the walkway, if so inclined...don't recommend that as the heat exchanger unit is between them and it gets hot sitting there when running. Sit at one of the tables around the pool deck, with umbrellas when needed.Unit does not "face" the beach though it is readily visible from the pool deck; down the steps and to the left is the bike path/boardwalk/sand and waves!Bed was very comfortable, sleeper sofa where our 2 grandkids (6 and 2) slept was perfect for their size. Shower only, no bath, with a great adjustable shower head, hot water and plenty of pressure. Could have used some directions on how the TV worked...a Samsung smart TV with a box? And 2 remotes, never did figure out what the second one did. No local/broadcast channels that we could find, but all the streaming apps (personal sign-in required of course) you could ask for.Most of the other residents were very nice, overall no complaints. Just that this unit isn't really set up for kids but great for couples.Cheers

Very dated and worn. Baseboards and vent need to be cleaned. Couch worn and not very clean.
